Custom embroidered caps, beanies and trucker hats from New Era, Richardson, Flexfit, Nike, OGIO, TravisMathew, Carhartt and The North Face — including the Richardson trucker styles that are the industry standard for custom headwear. Caps are embroidery-only in practice: the curved, structured front panel does not take a flat print well, and stitching is what gives a cap its finished look. Design constraints are tighter here than on apparel. The embroidery area on a front panel is small, so fine detail and small text often need simplifying — we adjust your artwork and show you a proof before anything is stitched. Structured caps hold a logo shape better than unstructured ones. Send us your logo and we will tell you how it will stitch at cap size.
